International TransOil, Inc. works with many full service general industrial contractors to provide construction services. We provide industrial and commercial construction management services to the southern United States and other parts of the world for a variety of industries.

Our specialties include commercial facilities, industrial plant construction, chemical plant construction, general manufacturing facilities, and power generation as well as office buildings, hotels, schools, shopping malls, retail centers- commercial and residential building. Our projects range in size from short-term time and material projects to long-term multi-discipline contract projects that encompass a wide spectrum of craft requirements. We offer industrial plant maintenance and general plant maintenance as well.

Modular Technology:

International TransOil has been utilizing and promoting the Modular design concept of Industrial Process and Power Generation Facilities and is currently exporting its Expertise to many countries throughout the world. The Modular concept is especially attractive in that it offers Very Substantial Cost Savings compared to traditional On-Site construction methods.

Design and Fabrication is conducted in a Controlled Environment that permits rigorous Quality Assurance and Rapid Delivery.

The Modular Concept is ideally suited for remote installations. All of the Major Equipment and associated Systems are configured and assembled onto Prefabricated Structural Steel Skids. These Skids are, in turn, sized in accordance with local transportation restrictions and requirements. The Skidded Components or Modules are then shipped to the Job Site where Installation and Commissioning can take place in a matter of weeks instead of months.
